Hi, I’m Cat, your yoga teacher :) 

I first discovered yoga 10 years ago when I was juggling studies, big life changes, and working out my place in the world. Yoga came and went in my life at the beginning, but I quickly realised that whenever I had a regular practice I would be more grounded, confident, and happier. This wasn’t a coincidence – and I began to rely on yoga to allow me to be the best version of myself, physically and mentally. 

I strongly believe in the value of short but regular chunks of practice that can fit into our busy schedules. Consistency is where you can feel the benefits of yoga long-term. I’m so excited for you to see for yourself how this easy and convenient method of practicing yoga can work for you too! 

qualified as a yoga teacher in India in 2017, and last year I completed more training to be qualified as a Yoga Teacher for Women's Wellbeing. Through my own journey of healing my menstrual cycle and balancing my hormones through yoga, I am now passionate in helping women feel empowered to make positive changes for themselves and their health.

When will the live sessions take place?

The live sessions take place in a private Facebook group every Wednesday at 7.30am. All classes are recorded and kept on the Facebook group to catch-up. You will also get a Monday and Friday morning email with a suggested class to practice in line with that month's theme. 

I'm already so busy - is this just going to be another thing to fit in?

One of the unique selling points of The Mind & Body Membership is the short nature of the classes - most of them are just 25 minutes. There are longer classes (up to 45 minutes) if you want a longer practice, but the majority are short and sweet - all the benefits of yoga in half the time!

Am I tied into a contract?

The payment is a monthly rolling direct debit that you can cancel anytime, either through your portal on my website or by emailing me.
